The US media is rotten and broken. It has atrophied into a shameful clique of sycophantic stenographers who are are greedy for ratings over truth and facts.

When future historians write about our era, the failure of the mainstream press—entertainers pretending to be journalists—will explain how America tried very hard to surrender to white nationalist misogynist fascism. Our society's inability to discern truth from fiction is in part due to this tragic decline.
